1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Rich888 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Rich888 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated gambling and betting services available at https://rich888.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet through Rich888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Rich888 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Notification of material changes will be communicated via the platform or registered email address. Your continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Rich888 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, or free-play amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by Rich888 in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering frameworks.
• "Platform" means the Rich888 website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all gambling and betting products available therein.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager (turnover) before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is prohibited or where Rich888 does not hold applicable authorisation to operate.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary accepted currency on the Rich888 platform.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the Rich888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be aged 21 years or older. Rich888 strictly enforces minimum age requirements in accordance with international gambling licensing frameworks. Players found to be underage will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds confiscated.
2. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from within, any Restricted Jurisdiction.
3. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of Rich888 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
4. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order placed by yourself or enforced by a responsible gambling authority.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your place of residence.

4. Account Registration

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Rich888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during the registration process and to keep such information updated at all times. Rich888 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold winnings where false or misleading registration information is discovered.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. Rich888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify Rich888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.3 KYC Verification

Rich888 applies mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a copy of your MyKad or passport), proof of address, and payment method ownership documents. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be subject to withdrawal restrictions or closure.

5. Deposits & Payments

Rich888 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the Rich888 account holder.
• Rich888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods, including bank accounts, e-wallets, or cryptocurrency wallets not belonging to the registered account holder.
• Rich888 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
• Rich888 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering concerns are identified.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money balance from their Rich888 account subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• All active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Rich888 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) typically process within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on network confirmation times.
• Rich888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests, which may result in temporary processing delays.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply according to the Player's VIP tier. Elite and Platinum tier members benefit from higher or uncapped limits subject to agreement with the Rich888 compliance team.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Rich888 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

7.1 Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses must be claimed within the specified promotional window. Rich888 reserves the right to withdraw any unclaimed bonus offer at any time. Players may only claim each distinct bonus offer once unless the terms of a particular promotion explicitly permit repeated claims.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements represent the total amount that must be staked (turned over) using Bonus Funds before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a RM100 bonus requires a total of RM2,000 in qualifying bets to be placed.

7.3 Game Contributions

Different game categories contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as stated in individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Rich888 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement, coordinated multi-account activity, and exploitation of errors in bonus crediting. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Rich888 sportsbook and casino platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a pricing error, Rich888 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Rich888 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or game at its absolute discretion.
• In the event of technical failures, network outages, or game errors that materially affect the outcome of a bet or game round, Rich888 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's account balance.
• Bets that are accepted in error (including but not limited to manifest errors in odds, game malfunctions, or incorrectly listed events) may be declared void at Rich888's discretion.
• Live in-play bets are subject to potential delays in acceptance. Rich888 does not guarantee that bets submitted during live play will be accepted at the quoted odds.
• Minimum bet amounts apply per market as displayed on the platform. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Rich888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Fraud: Any attempt to use fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or misappropriated funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated betting tools, scripts, or any software that manipulates the operation of Rich888 games or betting interfaces.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies across markets in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate betting activity.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events where you have material non-public information or involvement in influencing the outcome.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or the identity of another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the Rich888 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Rich888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the Player is ineligible to hold an account (underage, Restricted Jurisdiction resident, etc.).
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, Rich888 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any positive real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Responsible Gambling

Rich888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity safely and sustainably. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts and automatic session termination after a defined period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from the platform.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rich888 platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, databases, and game assets, is the proprietary property of Rich888 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Rich888 platform without prior written authorisation from Rich888.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rich888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Rich888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Rich888 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Planned and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

14. Privacy & Data

Rich888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Our Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

Rich888 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities is strictly limited to what is necessary to operate the platform and fulfil our legal obligations.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Rich888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. Where changes are material, Rich888 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, either via the platform, registered email, or both.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Rich888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with Rich888 customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

Disputes regarding individual bet outcomes must be submitted to Rich888 customer support within 30 days of the event in question. Rich888 shall not be obliged to consider dispute claims submitted outside this timeframe.
